We are looking one candidate for "Area Operations Manager" with one of our client.

- Drive primary sales with distributor and achieve secondary sales with retailers/EBO/FOFO/COCO/COFO.

- Develop retail operation strategy & define allocation of sales targets based on clear understanding of market growth/ category growth/ other events.

- Plan and achieve distribution expansion as per budget plans.

- Inventory Management in alignment with the Distributor.

- Develop Sales forecast for all categories based on market trends.

- Ensure retention of agreed ROI for the Retail Stores.

- Track availability of required manpower as per plan and monitor their performance to drive secondary.

- Execute and track expansion of Retail Stores by class of towns and category as per plan and take corrective action, wherever required.

- Plan for new product launches based on thorough understanding of category and distribution objectives for the products to be launched.
