Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing directly to the organization's revenue growth within the corporate hospital division.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong trust and rapport with key decision-makers including purchasing officers, pharmacists, and distributors within corporate hospitals.
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new customers, understand evolving market needs, and identify opportunities for product/service placement.
- Sales & Negotiation: Leverage strong convincing and negotiation skills to drive sales, close deals, and secure favorable terms for the company.
- Client Management: Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and effectively communicate their value propositions to hospital stakeholders.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in the corporate hospital sector.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to develop trust and rapport with purchasing officers, pharmacists, and distributors.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong convincing and negotiation skills to drive sales effectively.
- Market Understanding: Experience in conducting market research to identify potential customers and understand market needs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated, self-driven, and focused on results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
