Key responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Achieve assigned sales targets for the region by generating leads, converting prospects into enrollments, and maximizing student acquisition.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance of individual branches within the area.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and market share.

Marketing and Branding:

- Plan and implement effective marketing campaigns within the region to promote Companies programs and attract potential students.

- Manage local partnerships and collaborations with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all marketing channels.

Center Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all branches within the assigned region.

- Monitor student retention rates and address any concerns related to student experience.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all branches.

Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of branch managers, counselors, and marketing executives.

- Set clear performance goals for team members and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment within the team.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build strong relationships with parents and students through regular communication and engagement.

- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Business Analysis and Reporting:

- Regularly analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Prepare detailed reports on regional performance and present key insights to senior management.

Important points to consider:

- Local Market Knowledge: An ABH needs a deep understanding of the local education landscape, competition, and student demographics within their assigned region.

- Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate and lead a team of branch managers is crucial for achieving sales targets and maintaining operational efficiency.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills are necessary for interacting with students, parents, school authorities, and internal stakeholders.
