Key Responsibilities :
- Scale production processes efficiently from 1 to 10, 10 to 100, and 100 to 1000 units.
- Develop and tailor production processes and ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders.
- Take ownership of production requirements, planning, and execution based on projections provided by various teams.
- Coordinate with designers to gather necessary production documents and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Define, implement, and enforce processes and ensure adherence by all teams.
- Maintain detailed production records and provide relevant information to management as needed.
- Drive accountability across the production team for timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Identify and address production challenges proactively to meet organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in scaling operations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
- Hands-on experience in process development and documentation.
- Proficiency in production planning software/tools.
