About the Role:

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in real estate contracting, purchase management, and commercial operations, with a proven track record of handling end-to-end project requirements in the civil engineering and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring cost efficiency and quality compliance.

- Manage commercial negotiations and finalize agreements with stakeholders.

- Monitor contract performance, variations, and claims while mitigating risks.

- Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams for smooth project execution.

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

- Maintain vendor relationships and develop strong sourcing strategies.

- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial operations in the real estate/construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of contract law, construction practices, and vendor management.

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems related to procurement/contract management.
