Job Overview:
- We seek an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Lead to join our team.
- As a Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our brand presence and implement new social media campaigns.
- You will manage the Social Media team and work closely with the Marketing and Communications departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- This position will focus on strategic, out-of-the-box creative thinking to produce highly impactful and engaging social media campaigns.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze social media performance metrics.
- You wil Lead the social media and design requirements and manage the team tasks accordingly.
- The Person will manage and oversee the social listening platforms used and closely monitor the impact of the multiple social media programs.
- The position involves ensuring our social effectiveness through strategic thinking and deep data analysis.
- Develop and assist actionable strategies for Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Create and implement tactics to establish a strong brand presence on social media channels.
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop social marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Examine, gather, and present data from multiple data sources to executives weekly and monthly.
- Be the thought leader in social analytics and data processing.
- Possess a proven ability to use data to attract followers/fans and convert them into leads.
- Monitor social media platforms, trends, tools, and applications; recommend subsequent actions.
Job Qualification:
- Proven work experience as a Social media Lead.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with web design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
