IT Sales Manager
- As the IT Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the IT domain.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning our services and solutions with their business goals.
- This is a strategic role that combines consultative selling, relationship building, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in IT staffing, consulting, and solutions.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT decision-makers across enterprises and mid-market clients.
- Present and position ProHRs IT solutions (staff augmentation, managed services, project-based consulting) in a compelling and customized manner.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to refine offerings and stay ahead in the market.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales, solution selling, or IT staffing sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including application development, cloud, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to global markets (US/UK/Middle East) in IT service sales.
- Existing network of enterprise clients or MSPs/VMS platforms.
- Knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and bid management
