Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Placements function for our institutional partners across regulated and non-regulated programs in Engineering, Management, Nursing, and Allied Health professionals. This role will be pivotal in establishing and scaling our placements-as-a-service offering, ensuring credibility, consistency, and high-quality outcomes across diverse academic and training institutions
Key Duties / Accountabilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Design and implement a robust placement strategy aligned with business goals and workforce demand.
- Develop annual and quarterly placement plans with clear targets and milestones.
- Establish strategic tie-ups with hospitals, diagnostic centers, corporates, and healthcare employers across India and globally.
Operational Excellence:
- Create and standardize placement frameworks for regulated (e.g., Nursing Council-approved) and non-regulated programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner institutions to align placement opportunities with curriculum outcomes.
- Organize and oversee job fairs, campus hiring events, and employer engagement programs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary liaison for placements across institutions and academies.
- Work closely with academic heads, training managers, and career services teams to ensure student readiness and employer alignment.
- Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and industry events to promote placement partnerships.
Team Building & Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing placements team with domain-specific expertise.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve placement targets and maintain employer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence & Employer Relations:
- Stay updated on healthcare workforce trends, employer expectations, and emerging roles.
- Expand employer network across geographies and specialties to support diverse placement needs.
- Develop employer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve placement outcomes.
Essential Qualifications & Critical Experiences:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in placements, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably in healthcare education or staffing.
- Proven track record in placing candidates in Nursing, Allied Health, and other healthcare roles.
- Strong understanding of both regulated and non-regulated healthcare programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in building placement functions from scratch or scaling existing ones is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM usage skills.
