Position Overview:
This program requires a dedicated lead to build and manage the agent network, drive on-ground outreach, and run high-velocity digital/social/influencer campaigns.
Key responsibilities (summary JD):
- Own the end-to-end marketing plan for the TAU-UOL program (brand, performance, content, events).
- Build and manage the agent/partner network across TN/AP/Telangana; drive productivity and quarterly targets.
- Plan and represent the program at career fairs, school/college visits, and events; measure ROI.
- Lead digital, social, and influencer marketing (Meta/Google, YouTube, Instagram; creator collaborations).
- Manage creatives/content, media budgets, agencies, and influencers; ensure timely campaign execution.
- Drive lead generation and nurture (CRM journeys, WhatsApp/email/SMS) in partnership with Admissions.
- Track and report KPIs: leads, CPL, C2A %, event ROI, agent activations, and enrollment conversions.
- Prepare weekly dashboards and insights; continuously optimize channels and spends.
- Ensure brand compliance and approvals with internal stakeholders.
Ideal candidate profile:
- 8-10 years in higher-education marketing/student recruitment (program-level ownership preferred).
- Demonstrated success in agent management + event outreach and digital/influencer campaigns.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing, social storytelling, and funnel analytics.
