Job Purpose:

The role exists to conduct thorough market research, drive organizations domestic expansion by identifying new markets, establishing partnerships, and creating market entry strategies.


The incumbent is responsible for acquiring the new clients and in building strong relationships with healthcare institutions in India.


He/she is also responsible to lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract negotiation.

Key Duties / Accountabilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth areas, understand market dynamics, and assess demand for recruitment services.

- Analyze data on healthcare systems, nurse shortages, and regulatory requirements in domestic market.

Strategic Planning and Expansion:

- Develop a strategic business plan for expanding our organizations reach.

- Identify target markets, create market entry strategies, and explore new geographies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute expansion plans effectively.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Acquire new clients by showcasing the value proposition of our Organization.

- Build strong relationships with healthcare institutions, government bodies, and other stakeholders.

- Understand their needs, address concerns, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Brand Building and Marketing:

- Enhance our brand visibility through targeted marketing campaigns, participation in industry events, and thought leadership.

- Highlight success stories of nurses placed through the organization.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract negotiation.

- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively articulating the value proposition of our organization services and solutions.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector (e.g., hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, telehealth providers, or insurance companies).

- Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored solutions that align with client objectives.

- Pitch services/products effectively to C-level executives, procurement teams, and healthcare decision-makers.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create proposals, pricing models, and partnership frameworks.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets and compliance standards.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and healthcare regulations.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Critical Experiences:

- Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field

- 10 to 15 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the healthcare staffing industry or related sectors.

- Strong understanding of domestic healthcare systems, workforce dynamics, and industry trends.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with analytical acumen and problem-solving skills, capable of developing and executing complex business strategies

- Results-oriented mind-set with a strong drive for achievement and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer value

- Willingness to travel as required to support business development activities.
