The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing logistics operations to achieve business objectives.

1. City Operations:

- Manage end-to-end logistics operations in the city, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

- Plan and execute logistics operations to meet business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

4. Fleet Management:

- Manage and optimize the fleet to ensure maximum utilization.

- Develop and implement strategies to reduce fleet costs.

5. Cost Optimization:

- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.

- Negotiate with vendors to secure best-in-class pricing.

6. Customer Escalation:

- Handle customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues.

7. Growth:

- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

- Collaborate with business development teams to drive growth.

8. Cancellation:

- Analyze cancellation trends and develop strategies to reduce cancellations.

- Collaborate with operations teams to implement cancellation reduction initiatives.

9. Training & Development:

- Develop and implement training programs for logistics staff.

- Collaborate with HR teams to identify training needs.

10. Process Excellence:

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.

11. People Management:

- Manage and lead a team of logistics professionals.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.

12. Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth.

13. Vendor Management:

- Manage and develop relationships with vendors.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.

Performance Metrics:

- Rider productivity and efficiency

- Cost per delivery

- SLA adherence

- Customer satisfaction

- Rider retention and motivation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
