Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee core HR operations, manage site activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Site HR Operations:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the site level.

- Coordinate with site teams to address HR needs and maintain operational efficiency.

- Implement HR policies and procedures effectively across the site.

Compliance Management:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance checks.

- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.

Employee Relations:

- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related HR issues.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.

Performance Management:

- Support performance appraisal processes at the site level.

- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing relevant training sessions.

Site Management:

- Collaborate with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Monitor site staffing needs and support recruitment and onboarding processes.
