Position: AVP - Private Equity Syndication & M&A

Firm: Boutique Financial Advisory firm

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Independently originate and execute mandates to raise capital from private equity firms or family offices or M&A deals

- The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end deal sourcing and closing including pitching to clients, investors, preparing info memo, financial model, structuring, term sheet negotiation, SHA negotiation and closing across multiple sectors.

- The candidate is expected to stay updated on market trends, contribute to firm growth, and maintain professionalism in a dynamic team environment.

Required Experience and Skills:

- Only those candidates who have experience working with a boutique investment bank, with 7-8 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of closing multiple deals apply

- Ability to work independently, with strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

- Must be proactive, passionate, and adaptable to an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting.
