Job Overview:

- We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources professional to support various HR functions in the generalist role.

- The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and passion for fostering a positive work environment through efficient HR processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:.

1-Onboarding & Orientation:.

- Facilitate smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and submitted.

- Conduct Induction sessions, facilitate orientation sessions, and ensure new employees have a positive experience and smooth transition into the Firm.

2-Talent Acquition:.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels (entry, mid, and senior roles).

- Collaborate with the Hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

- Post job openings on appropriate platforms, source, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.

- Salary negotiations, Documents verification and making job offers.

- Draft, prepare, and issue formal letters to selected candidates.

3-Data Management and Reporting:.

- Compliance reports.

- Data Management and analysis of HR data to provide insights on key HR metrics.

- Attendance and Leave Management.

4-HR Operations:.

- Organize and / or coordination for various employee engagement activities along with the team.

- Lead or participate in HR-related projects.

- Assist employees in resolving enquiries, concerns, and grievances.

- Vendor Management and coordination.

Qualifications and Experience:.

- Master's degree in human resources / business administration, or related field.

- Proven experience (4-6 years) in HR generalist role; experience in Legal or service industry would be preferable.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Skills:.

- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to team work.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
