Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.

You will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing teams, and ensuring that business operations run smoothly and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, oversee, and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality across departments.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to control operational costs and maximize profitability.

- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

- Supervise and support department leads, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.

- Coordinate with HR on staffing needs, training, and performance management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, logistics, etc.) to align operational goals with business strategy.

- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement activities.

- Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors /master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in operations or business management, including team leadership.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency with operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
