Analytix Business Solutions - Manager - Business Excellence

Position description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead, coordinate, and manage various projects while ensuring effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in project management, process mapping, solution documentation, and CRM configuration, with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing client communications.

The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional communication abilities to drive project success.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Program Management: Oversee end-to-end program management in different stages of life cycle, from planning, execution, monitoring, reporting and closure.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources and outcomes.

- GAP Analysis : Conduct gap analysis for each assigned program and layout on the table plans around mitigating the GAP towards optimizing the program deliverables and success.

- Process/Data Mapping & Analysis: Create detailed process/data flow diagrams (BPMN 2.0, Data Flow Diagrams, and SIPOC) to analyze and present observation/highlights of the analysis.

- Solution design: Develop comprehensive solution documents that outline project requirements, technical specifications, and business process models.

- Product Configuration & Management: Configure and maintain CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) to meet business requirements.

- Optimize workflows and ensure smooth integration.
