Growth Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
You will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics and experimentation to scale our business efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Plan and manage campaigns across digital channels including paid search, social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Lead A/B testing and other experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track growth KPIs and inform decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging channels to maintain competitive advantage.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Excel).
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
- Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience running A/B tests and other growth experiments.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Creative mindset combined with data-driven decision making
