General Manager - Marketing
Role Overview:
- Lead the Marketing Delivery function, overseeing digital marketing, website operations, creative development, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Align all marketing execution activities with broader business objectives, demand generation goals, and brand standards.
Brand & Creative Strategy:
- Oversee the visual identity and content strategy of the brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, and sales teams to create visually compelling campaigns that are both creative and results-driven.
- Scale the brands voice and presence in domestic and global markets.
Team & Vendor Management:
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of senior and junior marketing professionals in design, content, digital, analytics, operations, and automation.
- Collaborate with and manage external vendors and partners (e.g., creative agencies, media buying partners, automation tool vendors).
Performance & Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign and program performance using marketing analytics and attribution tools.
- Continuously optimize marketing delivery processes, tools, and campaigns to increase efficiency, improve ROI, and enhance brand reach and recognition.
Project & Operations Oversight:
- Own end-to-end project delivery including planning, scoping, budgeting, timeline management, risk tracking, and quality control.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with expected outcomes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience overseeing integrated marketing delivery, preferably across digital and offline channels.
- Deep understanding of marketing strategy, brand building, and campaign execution across B2B and/or B2C markets.
- Strong command of performance marketing (PPC, SEO, paid media), content marketing, email automation, marketing operations, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience managing marketing agencies and external vendors.
- Proficiency in marketing project management tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
