Position Overview



We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Professional to drive growth for our Managed IT Services vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, specifically in the US market, and demonstrate the ability to generate leads, and exceed sales targets.



This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Managed IT professional in Pune, with the option for some work from home.



Key Responsibilities



- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, industry events, networking, and other strategic channels.



- Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions to align business development efforts with organizational goals.



- This is an individual contributor role focused on identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and driving revenue growth.



- Implement and uphold sales best practices across the team.



- Analytical Skills and Market Research proficiency



- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities



- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills



- Knowledge of IT solutions and industry trends



- Ability to work independently and collaboratively



Requirements



- Any Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field



- 510 years of relevant experience in Business Development and Lead Generation



- Prior experience in cold calling



- In-depth knowledge of Managed IT (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Server, Firewall, Infrastructure services) and US Market
