Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Projects: Drive high-priority initiatives (e.g., market expansion, product strategy, pricing, org design), owning end-to-end execution from research to implementation.
- Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies and design scalable processes across GTM, product ops, customer success, and internal workflows.
- Cross-Functional Management: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams to unblock execution and ensure strategic alignment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze internal data and external trends to provide actionable insights and support executive decision-making.
- Business Intelligence: Build dashboards, KPIs, and tracking systems to measure the performance of strategic and operational initiatives.
- Founder Support: Operate as an extension of the leadership team, managing priorities, preparing internal/board materials, and ensuring follow-through on key actions.
- Build and maintain dashboards for revenue, churn, turnaround time, delivery velocity, team utilization, hiring forecasts, etc.
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for founders and department heads.
- Report Timeliness: On-time delivery of weekly/monthly reports.
- Visibility Score: Founder feedback on insight clarity and decision support.
- Identify bottlenecks, underutilized resources, or revenue leakage.
- Support founders with one-off analyses on team planning, client performance, or operational efficiency.
- Build predictive models to support hiring, client onboarding, and revenue growth planning.
- Support OKR planning cycles with data-driven goal setting.
- Provide budget estimates, margin tracking, and high-level business metrics.
- Forecast Accuracy: Deviation between projected and actual outcomes.
- Hiring & Load Balancing Accuracy: Alignment between team capacity and actual load.
- Planning Satisfaction: Feedback from founders & Ops teams on forecast reliability.
Must Have
- 3-10 years experience in business analytics, strategy, BizOps, or consulting roles.
- Proficient in GSheets/Excel, Notion databases, ClickUp, and HubSpot (or equivalent tools).
- Strong with numbers, but even better at turning them into decisions.
- Systems-thinker with a bias for clarity, visibility, and speed.
- Comfort working directly with founders in fast-moving, evolving environments.
