Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed professional to join our team as a. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple asset classes, including Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund Operations, and is best suited for candidates who thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.


Key Responsibilities:


- The role encompasses end-to-end ownership of various Fund and Financial Accounting activities, including but not limited to Bookkeeping, Journal Posting, and Preparation of Financial Statements.


- You will be responsible for the accurate execution of Capital Calls, including the Preparation of Capital Call memos, LC Opening, and ensuring timely Follow Up with LPs (Limited Partners) for funding requirements.


- Additionally, you will manage the Preparation of Distribution workings to LPs, including LP Memo Preparation, Fund Transfer Wire preparation, and Repayment of LCs Reconciliation.


- Proficiency in Cash Reconciliation, Cash Tracking, Posting Entries, and Cash Reporting is essential for this role, as it directly supports the tracking of capital flows and compliance with reporting standards.


- A core responsibility will be the Valuation of Portfolio Investments, contributing to the preparation of accurate investor and fund reports. You will be expected to prepare and submit Fund and Investor Reports accurately as per SLA (Service Level Agreements), ensuring minimal errors and high-quality output that meets the expectations of stakeholders.


- TAT (Turnaround Time) adherence and delivery of error-free services are paramount. You will be expected to maintain high efficiency and accuracy in meeting strict deadlines, while simultaneously contributing to long-term improvements in reporting quality and process automation.


- You will also work extensively on Partnership Accounting Applications, participating in data reconciliation and system entries relevant to fund structures and capital accounts.


- Beyond the technical functions, a key component of your role is to strive to create a healthy and professional work environment in the team. We value interpersonal skills, especially in managing and handling day-to-day operations on the floor.


- The ideal candidate should be collaborative, proactive, and able to communicate effectively across teams.

Preferred Attributes:


- Strong understanding of Fund Structures, Capital Accounting, and Investor Allocations


- Familiarity with Financial Reporting Standards and Fund Administration Platforms


- Proficient in tools like Excel, accounting software, and fund reporting dashboards


- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables under pressure
