Analyst - Project Finance
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate project viability and assess financial risks.
- Conduct thorough financial due diligence, including analysis of financial statements, market data, and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations to support investment decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of project finance documentation, including term sheets and loan agreements.
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess project risks and returns.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Support the team in deal structuring and negotiation processes.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Assist in the development of financial projections and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, technical, and commercial teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in project finance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (specify desired years of experience, e. , 2+ years, 3+ years) in project finance, investment banking, or financial modeling.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using financial modeling software and tools (e., Excel).
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interest in infrastructure and energy projects
