Analyst - Financial Planning

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.

- Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.

- Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics to support strategic decisions.

- Use QuickBooks and other financial tools to manage accounting data and ensure accuracy.

- Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations.

- Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities proactively.

- Contribute to long-term business planning and scenario analysis.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- MBA/CPA preferred.

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.

- Strong experience with QuickBooks; experience with other ERP or BI tools is a plus.

- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.

- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
