Compensation & Benefits Analyst / Specialist
Role Summary: The incumbent will support the design, implementation, and operations of compensation and benefits programs for India operations. This role will work closely with the Head of C&B and internal stakeholders to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and operational excellence in rewards processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Strategy Support
- Assist in execution of annual compensation cycles merit reviews, bonus calculations etc
- Conduct bench-marking and market analysis using survey data
- Support development and refinement of salary structures and pay ranges.
- Assist in job evaluations and job leveling exercises
2. Benefits Administration
- Coordinate administration of employee benefits programs including insurance, wellness, retirement, and flexible benefits.
- Compliance of benefits operations with internal policies and statutory regulations (PF, ESI etc)
- Liaise with benefits vendors and partners for service delivery and issue resolution.
3. C&B Operations
- Manage day-to-day C&B processes including payroll inputs, variable pay calculations, allowances, and one-time payouts.
- Support data validation and HRIS accuracy related to compensation and benefits fields.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for HR and business leadership.
4. Projects and compliance
- Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks for compensation and benefits.
- Maintain policy documentation, process flows, and SOPs.
- Contribute to C&B projects and global initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential data
- Familiarity with compensation structures, pay analysis and benefits administration.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and advanced Excel proficiency
- Understanding of compensation regulations and statutory compliance.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work across functions.
