JOB TITLE: Sales Analyst

EXP: 3-5 YRS

SALARY: 8-13LPA

LOCATION: GURUGRAM

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to align business strategies.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

- Support pricing strategies by evaluating historical sales data and market trends.

- Monitor customer behavior and purchasing patterns to enhance customer targeting.

- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM and sales reporting tools.

Required Competencies:

- Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

- Experience: 4+ years in sales analysis or a related role.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
