
Role: Team Lead - Sales (B2B / Enterprise Sales)
Experience: 5 to 12 Years
Location: Hyderabad (Full-time, Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve B2B/Enterprise sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition and account growth
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, solutioning, negotiations, and closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR heads, procurement teams, and other decision-makers
- Mentor, train, and motivate the team to enhance productivity and achieve collective goals
- Monitor pipeline metrics, track performance, and report progress to senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver client success
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments

- Proven track record in B2B/Enterprise sales with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive strategic account growth
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5 to 12 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise sales, with at least 2 to 3 years in a team lead/managerial role
