JD:
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales planning, Driving sales targets for all End Points Products /OEMs HP | DELL | Lenovo | MS | Samsung (Laptops) | Dynabook | Acer.
- Manage End Points & Monitors BU.
- Close coordination & day to day traction and working with Distributors & Sales team.
- Close coordination with various cross functional teams in HO & regions (BMs & KAMs)
- End to end management of Distributor lifecycle including ROI & performance.
- Implement brand strategy, Localized initiatives to drive sales targets, market share.
- Close Coordination with the OEMs and ability to build good relationship.
- Ability to do competition analysis and drive brand wise strategy.
- P&L management TL & BL focus OEM & Region wise.
Desired Profile :
- Should have a good understanding & knowledge of Enterprise / B2B business.
- Majority experience in Hunting Sales & business development.
- Should have knowledge & interest of latest products & technologies available in the enterprise market space
- Should be able to envisage a solution around the pain areas of the customer.
- Proven track record of achieving the given sales targets, preferred
- Will work in a team & build cross functional synergies.
- Demonstrated networking skills with clients across industries.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
Requirements:
- Should have a good understanding & knowledge sales.
- Experience in Managing Laptop, Desktop & Workstation Product Category / Server / Storage / Accessories Product & Sales
- Preferred background experience: Core Laptop & Desktop Product sales / category management.
