Role Overview:


The Sales and Marketing Head will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing functions, driving revenue growth, and enhancing brand positioning.

The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, market expansion, and customer relationship management to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market expansion

- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance sales channels

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals

- Drive brand awareness and visibility through strategic marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and offline promotions

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies

- Oversee pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize profitability

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing detailed reports and forecasts

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all sales and marketing activities

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and customer experience

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

- Proven track record in sales strategy development and execution

- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to drive business development initiatives and customer engagement

- In-depth understanding of the healthcare and pathology sector

- Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven sales approaches

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Relevant certifications in sales and marketing will be a plus

Preferred Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles

- Experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, or pathology industry is preferred
