As we expand our footprint across the country, we are seeking a visionary Digital Marketing Manager to architect, lead, and scale our digital initiatives, driving both brand equity and D2C sales performance across marketplaces.
Role Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of AMOs digital growth strategy, overseeing all aspects of performance marketing, e-commerce optimization, content planning, and community engagement. You will play a pivotal role in driving digital innovation, optimizing ROI, and ensuring our brand voice resonates across all online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Ownership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive visibility, qualified leads, and D2C revenue.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, launch, and optimize high-impact campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a sharp focus on CAC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
- D2C Marketplace Growth: Spearhead online sales on Amazon, Flipkart, GEM, Trade India, and emerging marketplaces, ensuring product visibility, pricing strategy, and conversion excellence.
- Social & Community: Build a strong and consistent brand presence across social media channels. Drive community engagement, brand storytelling, and user-generated content strategies.
- SEO, Content & Email: Oversee integrated SEO/SEM strategies, content calendars, and lifecycle email marketing to nurture prospects and retain customers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Meta Business Suite to monitor KPIs, derive insights, and refine strategies for continual performance optimization.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with product, creative, and sales teams to ensure digital efforts are aligned with business objectives and customer journeys.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage third-party partners for media buying, creative production, and content delivery, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency.
- Trend & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research on digital trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies to ensure AMO remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

Qualifications:
