
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Assistant Manager - Human Resources with a strong background in talent acquisition for USFDA-regulated injectable manufacturing plants.
- The ideal candidate should be experienced in bulk hiring, managing recruitment drives, and supporting employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for plant-based roles, with a focus on USFDA-regulated injectable manufacturing positions.
- Drive bulk hiring and organize walk-in recruitment drives to meet manpower requirements within defined timelines.
- Source candidates effectively through Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the pharmaceutical industry to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
- Maintain and update HR trackers and MIS reports ( RAG status, Employee Master, Offer Tracker, etc.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in other HR operations to enhance workforce satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of USFDA-regulated plant hiring requirements.
- Proficiency in bulk hiring techniques and organizing large-scale recruitment events.
- Advanced skills in using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy
