American Embassy School - Head - Human Resources & Organizational Culture

Position Summary:

- The American Embassy School New Delhi seeks an inspiring Head of HR & Organizational Culture to join its leadership team.

- In this role, you'll drive an evidence-based talent strategy that attracts, retains, and develops a diverse group of exceptional educators and professionals.

- You'll champion progressive HR practices, ensuring every aspect of people management, from recruitment to professional growth, is executed to a world-class standard.

Qualification:

- A degree in an appropriate discipline, preferably an MBA specializing in Human Resources Management (from TIER I & II Colleges/Universities)

- Educational background and/or experience in Law will be an added advantage.

- Certification in SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred.

Experience:

- At least ten years of successful experience in an administrative position involving a significant level of responsibility for Human Resources management, preferably in an international set-up with educational or service-oriented institutions.

- Experience in an international multicultural organization or with an embassy would be an added advantage.

- Experience in HRM & Payroll Software would be an advantage
