Key job responsibilities

- Design and facilitate interactive training sessions for groups of up to 40 participants

- Conduct training needs analyses and develop recommendations for learning solutions

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training content

- Manage end-to-end training projects from conception to implementation

- Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and knowledge retention

Internal job description

This role will primarily support learners within the WWOS org that are located in India and the broader APAC region.

The work will be broken down as follows:

60%- Training facilitation

20%- Learning Program Management- Content updates

20%- Learning Admin

Additionally this role needs to be fluent in Japanese and able to facilitate trainings, and update training content in Japanese, as a portion of the learning stakeholders are located in Japan.

Basic qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

- Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese

- 3+ years of experience developing training materials and curricula

- 3+ years of experience developing training materials and curricula

- Proficiency in learning management systems

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
