Role Overview

The Regional Business Head Bangalore will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the regions performance across clinics and the hospital.

This includes driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, managing costs, and fostering a strong, people-first culture.

This role is ideal for a strategic operator with a bias for execution and a passion for building high-performing teams in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

P&L and Financial Leadership

- Own the regions P&L, ensuring revenue, profitability, and cost-efficiency targets are consistently met.

- Partner with finance to analyze monthly performance and implement data-driven strategies for growth.

- Drive annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Bangalore region.

Operational Excellence

- Oversee day-to-day operations across 5 clinics and the hospital, ensuring seamless client journeys and operational reliability.

- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, service quality, and compliance.

- Leverage technology and automation to improve performance visibility and operational control.

Growth & Strategic Initiatives

- Lead revenue growth initiatives through new service lines, strategic partnerships, and community outreach.

- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to strengthen client acquisition and retention.

- Identify and execute opportunities for expansion within the Bangalore region.

People & Culture Leadership

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including clinical operations, front-desk, and support teams.

- Foster a high-performance, client-centric culture rooted in accountability and empathy.

- Drive training, upskilling, and capability building across the network.

Compliance and Quality Management

- Ensure strict adherence to clinical, legal, and regulatory standards for mental health operations in Karnataka.

- Partner with clinical leadership to maintain quality-of-care protocols and safety standards across all facilities.

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves

- 5+ years of experience in P&L leadership, operations, or general management, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or other service-led industries.

- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and delivering financial and operational results.

- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.

- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Good-to-Haves

- Prior experience in healthcare or wellness sectors.

- Understanding of NABH standards, compliance requirements, or clinical operations.
