Responsibilities:

- Take overall responsibility and accountability for Business Development activities in channel sales within the assigned territory, working under the guidance of the Regional Head.

- Develop and execute channel sales strategies and plans to maximize market penetration, revenue, and profitability, achieving desired market share.

- Manage and nurture relationships with Dealers, Distributors, Builder Contractors, and Architects within the territory, building brand awareness and loyalty.

- Monitor the performance of the designated sales team, providing motivation, coaching, and mentorship to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

- Drive primary sales of Alstone products (ACPs, ZCPs, HPL, Louvers, and Glass) to distributors, effectively mapping the assigned territory.

- Take overall responsibility for all Sales and Business Development activities related to projects within the assigned territory.

- Execute project sales strategies to drive market penetration and maximize revenue.

- Cultivate and manage relationships with all key stakeholders in the territory, including clients, partners, and influencers.

- Facilitate strong communication between all stakeholders to leverage market opportunities and implement improvements effectively.

- Drive sales through various lead generation activities, including referral leads, cold calling, and lead qualification, moving prospects from initial contact to site visits and deal closures.

- Achieve company sales targets consistently.

- Identify and onboard new Clients, Distributors, and Dealers to expand the distribution network.

- Develop and implement channel-wide demand generation campaigns or programs, promoting them to external stakeholders and tracking results.

- Conduct regular reviews with key partners to set goals, monitor progress, and ensure targets are met.

Qualifications:

- Graduation/Post Graduation/Technical Degree/MBA.

- 3-5 years of proven experience in retail and distribution network management, sales management, and business development within the building materials industry (essential).

- Strong understanding of the building materials market in Delhi.

- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.

- Proficiency in CRM software
