Job Summary:

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be pivotal in redefining our financial data extraction platform.

Your responsibilities will encompass developing a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features, ensuring seamless implementation, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams-including engineering, design, and go-to-market teams -you will ensure our solutions align with market demands and uphold the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- Own the product roadmap for the Financials Platform, identifying short-term and long-term opportunities.

- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

- Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to drive the development and delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget, utilizing project management tools like Jira.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.

- Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making.

- Collaborate with sales to ensure successful product launches and drive customer adoption and retention.

- Ensure comprehensive documentation of product features, functionalities, and processes.

- Develop training materials to support internal teams and end-users.

- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years in product management, with a focus on financial data platforms.

- Proven track record of leading product initiatives from conception to launch.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Strong understanding of data extraction technologies, financial data systems, and platform scalability.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical solutions.

- Ability to articulate complex concepts and financial domain knowledge to diverse audiences, including stakeholders, team members, and customers.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, with experience working in Agile environments.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability manage up.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs and business requirements into actionable product plans.

- Expertise in data gathering, problem-solving, and a commitment to experimenting and iterating for optimal solutions.

- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

- Start-up experience is highly desirable.

- Experience in leading significant product overhauls is preferred.
