Job Description:

- An Infor to Oracle Fusion ERP Conversion Analyst is responsible for the successful migration or conversion of data, processes, and systems from Infor ERP (Lawson and GHR) to Oracle Fusion ERP.

- This role requires a strong understanding of both Infor and Oracle Fusion platforms, as well as expertise in data management, system integration, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a detailed plan for the migration from Infor to Oracle Fusion, considering data, business processes, and system functionality.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, goals, and timelines for the conversion.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Conduct detailed data analysis of Infor ERP data, including identifying key data elements, dependencies, and relationships.

- Map Infor data structures to Oracle Fusion data models, ensuring accurate data transformation and validation during the conversion.

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality during the migration process.

- Collaborate with business, functional and technical teams for data quality and transformation from Infor to Oracle Fusion ERP systems based on business needs.

- Support the integration of existing business applications with Oracle Fusion for data needs.

- Coordinate with internal and external teams for system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Act as a point of contact for user support during the transition period.

- Assist in the creation of training materials, user manuals, and help documentation.

- Lead the development of test cases to validate the data conversion and functionality in Oracle Fusion.

- Perform end-to-end testing to ensure that the migration is successful and that the new system functions as expected.

- Provide post-go-live support to address any data issues arising after the Oracle Fusion ERP system is live.

- Monitor the system performance and resolve any data discrepancies, system glitches, or data-related challenges.

- Work with the project team to ensure a smooth transition to the new system and process ongoing optimizations.

- Maintain detailed records of the conversion process, including data migration plans, testing results, and issue logs.

- Prepare reports on the progress of the conversion project, highlighting risks, issues, and milestones.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience with ERP implementations, especially Infor and Oracle Fusion ERP systems.

- Strong experience in data migration, data mapping, and system integration projects.

- Understanding of ERP functionalities, including financials, procurement, HCM, supply chain, PPM and EPM modules.

- Experience with tools like SQL, data conversion tools, ETL processes, and other relevant technologies.

- Ability to analyze complex data and system issues and provide effective solutions.

- Experience in managing ERP conversion projects, including planning, execution, and resource management.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.

- Ability to handle large volumes of data while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, SCM, or HCM modules.

- Oracle Cloud certifications or related ERP certifications.

- Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
