- We are hiring a Sales Lead to drive our expansion into the US electronics and embedded systems market.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with international B2B sales experience, particularly in engineering services or product companies working with North American clients.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and lead Alpha ICT's go-to-market sales strategy for the United States.
- Identify and close business with OEMs, technology integrators, and system designers in the US market.
- Build, nurture, and manage international customer accounts with high retention and expansion goals.
- Collaborate closely with technical and product development teams to tailor proposals for client needs.
- Represent Alpha ICT in global trade shows, virtual conferences, and partner programs.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and customer feedback from US clients.
Required Qualifications.
- 8-15 years of B2B sales experience in electronics, embedded systems, or engineering services.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the US market.
- Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing, embedded software/hardware, and automation technologies.
- Strong consultative selling, proposal development, and account management skills.
