About the Role:

- We are seeking highly experienced Senior Professionals with a proven track record in managing and acquiring high-net-worth individuals (UHNI) and corporate relationships.

- This is a pivotal role in our rapidly scaling platform, requiring deep expertise in relationship management, strategic advisory, and a solid understanding of financial products and solutions.

- You will work closely with UHNIs, family offices, and large corporates across India to drive business growth, deliver exceptional client service, and build long-lasting, strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:

- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with UHNI clients, family offices, and corporate entities across India.

- Develop deep, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within UHNI groups and corporates.

- Provide personalized and high-level service to clients, addressing their unique financial needs and aspirations.

Investment Management:

- Understand the nuances of the firm's products and services, including investment management solutions, offer high-quality, tailor-made investor portfolios for UHNI clients and corporates.

- Regularly review and optimize client portfolios in alignment with changing market conditions and client goals.

Strategic Sales & Cross-Selling:

- Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities across the firm's investment management products to further expand client portfolios and engagement.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

- Collaborate with internal teams including Fund Managers, Product Specialists, Service & Operations teams to provide holistic solutions to clients.

Business Development & Networking:

- Continuously explore new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential UHNI and corporate clients through proactive networking and referrals.

- Stay connected with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to offer relevant and timely advice to clients.

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA from premier business schools or Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 10 years of experience.

Key Traits:

- Proven success in building and managing UHNI and corporate relationships, ideally in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Corporate Banking across India.

- Established network and direct relationships with UHNIs, family offices, and corporate decision-makers across India.

- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and asset classes, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable advice for clients.

- Having an Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of energy, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term client relationships, with a focus on creating value for both the client and the firm.
