Role description :

Exclusive opportunity for candidates with experience in top tier consulting firms, equity research, investment banking or investment management holding an MBA from IIM A/B/C/L/I/K/International MBA (top 50) and/or CA (Rank Holders only).

Alpha Alternatives is creating a small pool of associates who will have the ability to execute on the organization's growth target of 5x in 3 years/10x in 5 years. Selected candidates will initially drive key strategic and operational projects along with senior leadership for the next 12-24 months. Post this period, standout performers will have the opportunity to build their own business/investment management vertical/s along with a senior partner.

Alpha Alternatives has historically grown its leaders internally. The first generation of leaders started as freshers and in the last 10 years have established themselves as industry leaders in their respective spheres.

While they were growing, we have added a line of senior quality leaders who have been building many different investment management solutions alongside.

We aim to develop our next generation of leaders from the pool of associates and expect them to play a significant role in the organization's growth over the next 5-10 years.

In- person conversations with shortlisted candidates will take place at Alpha Alternatives' offices at 34th floor, Sunshine Tower, Dadar (W) in Mumbai. If necessary, interactions over video will be scheduled.

The role is Mumbai based. Outstation candidates will need to make themselves available to move to Mumbai, if selected.
