JOB SUMMARY

COO will be responsible for execution of companys business plans as per strategic directions. He would be responsible for Q.A., Logistics and Market Intelligence, working closely with departmental heads.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

- Managing Business Operation of the company and working closely with departmental heads to support day to day activities of staff members.

- Practicing innovative methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reducing costs, increasing profits and improving control measures.

- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.

Quality Assurance

- Managing QA Operations.

- Managing quality function to optimise customer satisfaction.

Logistics / Market Pulse

- Taking care of all Logistic Management for smooth functioning.

- Keeping an eye on market intelligence and sharing critical information as per market scenario.

Strategic Role

- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.

- Understanding Rice Market, Price Trends and price movements.

- Prepare Market Analytics & Sharing Purchase and Sale Timing related suggestions.

- Design, implement policies to promote company culture and vision and oversee operations to keep businesses on track.

Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.- Execution of Business Plans as per strategy.

- Analyze internal & external operations and identify areas for process enhancement.

- Ensuring all legal compliances of the organisation.

- Safeguarding all safety measures for to be followed while achieving timely deliveries.
