Role Overview:

What You Will Do:
- Partner with the founder on strategic planning, business growth, and overall company direction
- Lead, coordinate, and optimize initiatives across all departments including sales, marketing, technology, learning operations, finance, and partnerships
- Identify new growth opportunities, markets, and partnership prospects
- Oversee key projects, ensuring timely delivery and impactful results
- Drive operational efficiency and scalability for rapid growth
- Represent the company externally, build relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Build and mentor a high-performance team as the company scales.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic leadership, management consulting, or senior roles in high-growth startups or corporations
- Proven ability to handle diverse functions and drive company-wide initiatives
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work closely with the founder, influencing and shaping company strategy
- Visionary, proactive, and highly adaptable with a bias for action
