Role Overview:
- Director Marketing and E&A will be responsible for marketing a wide variety of professional services to increase demand and revenue in the US market.
- You will be responsible for inspiring and developing the team and creating a high-performance culture.
What You'll Do:
Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborating with the stakeholders to identify concepts and strategies for developing and implementing marketing and branding strategies.
- Identify opportunities for increasing paid conversions and potential upselling of existing customers.
Solutions and Product Marketing:
- Conceptualize, design, and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with business teams to proactively source high-quality content and drive thought leadership.
- Strong focus on content generation and content marketing, including whitepapers, blogs, solution videos, and much more.
Marketing automation, analytics, and reporting:
- Hands-on experience on marketing automation tools to drive multi-channel demand generation programs, campaigns, content marketing, and lead nurturing.
- Analytics and drive ROI closely monitor critical marketing data, analytics, measure ROI, and suggest areas to optimize.
Social Media Marketing:
- Managing and making decisions on the execution of marketing campaigns across a wide variety of functional areas.
- Implement innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility on leading B2B social media platforms, including strategy and budgets.
- Drive leads, create conversations, brand awareness, and generate touchpoints through social media marketing.
New Ideas and Innovation:
- Show initiative in developing innovative concepts that improve the efficacy and efficiency of marketing processes.
- To increase marketing efficiency and effectiveness, learn and use marketing best practices across online media, social media, branding, and PR.
- Recognize market gaps and chances to develop value propositions.
- Keep an eye out for chances to scale up productivity gains and innovative working practices across various projects and environments.
- Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.
Education: MBA in Marketing, Business or related field.
What are we looking for:
- 15+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, and 8+ years leading large marketing teams.
- Resulted-oriented B2B Marketing strategist and astute implementor who can drive global marketing, branding, and demand generation focused on North America with proven expertise across the CPA Firms, financial services or financial services research, and analytics industry.
- Experience in hiring, training, and driving a high-performance team of marketers.
- Experience in handling large marketing budgets and delivering aggressive ROI across marketing investments.
- Proven expertise in driving content strategy and content marketing on a global scale.
- Proven expertise across marketing automation, demand generation, and paid campaign management activities.
- Proficient in SEO & SEM, Social media marketing, marketing analytics, and reporting.
