
Roles & Responsibilities:
Thrust Areas:
The incumbent should ensure Effective Contract Labour Management & Compliances, driving HR Activities for location, excellent housekeeping in the CFS, single point contact for all the CFS initiative / events, effective vehicle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Labour & their compliance management.
- Driving HR activities as per Corporate Directives.
- Co-ordinating for Training & Development at ICD Dadri.
- Handling / planning preventive maintenance and upkeep of all assets at CFS.
- Annual Maintenance Contract renewal every year based on managements recommendations.
- Procurement and accounting of office equipment, printing and stationery, electrical and other misc. items such as housekeeping material.
- Regulating and controlling hired vehicle management.
- Feedback to management for smooth running of CFS.
- Keep CFS facilities up to desired standards and up to date in terms of cleanliness infrastructure.
- Managing housekeeping manpower and utilizing it to the fullest for cleanliness yard, warehouses and admin building of CFS.
- Event Management to administratively control the various initiatives such as health check up camp, picnic, Jashna, and festival celebrations.
- Raising the vendors bill in the system and ensure for timely payment to vendors.
- Liaisoning with Civil and electrical team for completing day to day admin activities.
- To administratively control various CFS get together activities.
- To follow the instruction of the management from time to time and discharge the duties for any need base assignment to the expectations of the CFS Management.
