Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager at Aliens Group Pvt. Ltd. located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be a key leader within our sales organization, responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets within the real estate or construction sector.
Responsibilities:
Sales Team Management & Leadership:
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve outstanding results.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss targets, strategies, performance, and provide updates on company initiatives.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation and sales campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a key point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Aliens Group's offerings.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Process Management:
- Implement and enforce sales policies and procedures.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales documentation.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide regular reports and insights on market conditions and sales performance to senior management.
Target Setting & Achievement:
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
- Drive the team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Communicate effectively with senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Represent Aliens Group professionally at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-oriented environment.
- Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience (Preferred):
- Familiarity with 'intelligent living' concepts and their application in the real estate sector.
- Experience working with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
