About the Role :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead our branch operations and drive sales growth in the [Branch Location] market. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the financial services industry, specifically within Equity, Brokering, Insurance, Forex, or RTA domains.


- The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, enhancing sales performance, conducting risk assessments, and fostering strong customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management & Business Development:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch sales targets for all product lines (Equity, Brokering, Insurance, Forex, RTA).

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.

- Organize and conduct sales presentations, seminars, and workshops to promote products and services.

- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

2. Branch Operations & Management:

- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Manage branch budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

- Monitor and manage branch inventory and resources.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

- Implement and maintain operational best practices.

- Ensure a high standard of customer service and address customer complaints promptly and effectively.

- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers.

3. Team Leadership & Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor sales and support staff.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges.

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.

- Resolve team conflicts and address performance issues effectively.

4. Risk Management & Compliance:

- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks to the branch.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.

- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

- Report any compliance issues or concerns to the appropriate authorities.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly. -

- Gather customer feedback and use it to improve products and services.

- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the Equity, Brokering, Insurance, Forex, or RTA industry.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
