Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Lead to head our real estate sales operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, building high-performing sales teams, establishing strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets in the residential/commercial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Work closely with marketing to plan ATL/BTL campaigns and lead generation strategies
2. Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve conversions and productivity
- Drive a performance-oriented culture with continuous learning and development
3. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture relationships with HNI clients, channel partners, and institutional buyers
- Lead customer negotiations and close high-value transactions
- Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support
4. Sales Operations
- Manage sales MIS, pipeline tracking, and reporting
- Oversee booking, documentation, and coordination with CRM & legal teams
- Drive timely collections and ensure alignment with finance
Requirements:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in real estate sales (preferably residential/commercial projects)
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving/exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards
