About the Role


As a Talent Acquisition Lead at AiSensy, you will drive and manage the entire talent acquisition function, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent. This role involves strategizing recruitment efforts, optimizing processes, and building a robust employer brand to support AiSensys growth. You will work closely with senior leadership to align talent acquisition initiatives with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition Strategy


- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational objectives.


- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify future hiring needs and create a workforce planning roadmap.


End-to-End Recruitment Management


- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.


- Leverage various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.


Candidate Experience & Employer Branding


- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


- Act as an employer brand ambassador, showcasing AiSensys culture and values to attract top talent.


Recruitment Metrics & Optimization


- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.


- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability.


Stakeholder Collaboration


- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their specific needs and craft tailored recruitment plans.


- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management on recruitment trends and strategies.


Compliance & Documentation


- Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations in all recruitment activities.


- Maintain accurate records and documentation.


Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA Preferred.


- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a lead or managerial role.


Required Skills


- Comprehensive knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and modern talent acquisition practices.


- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.


- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.


- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


- Analytical mindset to track metrics and make data-driven decisions.


Preferred Skills


- Experience in employer branding and building a talent pipeline for high-growth startups.


- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and platforms.


- Prior experience in the tech or SaaS domain.
