Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and accomplished Industry Solution Lead - Hospitality with 6+ years of experience in the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, travel tech, hospitality platforms, or related domains).

The Industry Solution Lead will architect, drive, and deliver AI-driven transformation for leading hospitality brands, leveraging deep industry expertise to develop solutions, consult on complex business challenges, and lead client engagement for large-scale digital initiatives.

This is a leadership and client-facing position focused on innovation at the intersection of hospitality and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Advisory:

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders at hotel chains, resorts, and hospitality groups on leveraging AI to reimagine guest experience, operations, and revenue management.

- Identify transformation opportunities in areas such as personalization, guest journey, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, loyalty, and operational efficiency.

- Shape strategic roadmaps for AI transformation aligned with business goals.

Solution Development & Playbooks:

- Design AI-first industry solutions for dynamic pricing, guest personalization, smart operations, predictive maintenance, digital concierge, and upselling/cross-selling.

- Develop industry blueprints and frameworks that accelerate the adoption of AI/ML and GenAI across hospitality platforms.

- Partner with AIonOS product and tech teams to customize AI capabilities for hospitality use cases.

Client Engagement & Program Leadership:

- Lead large-scale AI transformation engagements end-to-end: from strategy through solutioning to execution and value delivery.

- Drive adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions (intelligent chatbots, automated guest service, demand analytics, feedback analysis, etc.) across the hospitality value chain.

- Ensure business outcomes-revenue growth, operational savings, and enhanced guest experience.

Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Building:

- Represent AIonOS at hospitality industry forums, panels, and client events as an authority on AI and digital transformation.

- Cultivate strategic partnerships with technology providers, hospitality platforms, and AI startups to grow the AIonOS ecosystem.

- Create white papers, industry thought leadership, and market perspectives that showcase AIonOS' role as an innovator in Hospitality AI.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry (hotel brands, hospitality platforms, OTAs, travel tech, etc.), with a proven track record in digital or AI-led transformation projects.

- Strong understanding of the hospitality business: room revenue management, loyalty, guest experience, back-office operations, channel distribution, and digital platforms.

- Experience in consulting, solution architecture, or transformation leadership for hospitality.

Hands-on exposure to AI/ML applications: e.g, personalization, guest analytics, pricing, demand forecasting, conversational AI, GenAI, and automation.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical AI-led solutions.

- Exceptional communications and stakeholder management skills; experience with senior executive engagements.

- International exposure and experience in multi-cultural/global setups preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with major hospitality technology platforms (Oracle Hospitality, Sabre Hospitality, Amadeus Hospitality, etc.

- Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and conversational platforms for guest service and operations.

- Ability to build strategic business cases and measure ROI for AI implementations.

- Background with management consulting, industry solution leadership, or product innovation is an added advantage.
