About the Role:

Aimyze CRM is an AI-powered SaaS platform built with a vision to become more than just a CRM a platform that delivers scalable, AI-driven, low-code/no-code workflows for startups and SMBs. We are looking for a CPO/CTO cum Co-Founder who will initially join on a part-time basis and later transition into a full-time role. This position demands end-to-end ownership of product development and roadmap execution, from architecture to delivery. You will play a crucial role in building the technology backbone of Aimyze and shaping its future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of product development, technology strategy, and roadmap execution.

- Lead the development team (interns, freelancers, and future hires) and ensure timely delivery of features.

- Architect and scale the platform on AWS, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2).

- Hands-on execution in integrating AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI into core product workflows.

- Collaborate with the founding team to refine the platform-first vision and expand beyond CRM into HRMS, Service Desk, Vendor Management, and other modules.

- Represent the technology vision to investors, partners, and customers.

Engagement Structure:

Part-Time Role to begin with, with a path to Full-Time Co-Founder position based on mutual fit.

Probation Period: Initial 3 months to evaluate contributions and synergy.

Equity Allocation: Post-probation, equity will be allocated on a subscription basis, ensuring long-term alignment and growth.

Ideal Profile:

- Proven experience in leading SaaS product development from concept to scale.

- Strong knowledge of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications in enterprise software.

- Expertise in cloud architecture (preferably AWS) and building scalable, multi-tenant systems.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategy, execution, and ownership.

- Prior startup/scale-up experience will be an added advantage.
