About the Role:

- We're seeking a passionate and result-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team.

- If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong track record in tech hiring, this is your opportunity to directly contribute to scaling high-performing engineering and tech teams.

- In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and implement smart sourcing strategies to bring in the best talent across various technical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the entire recruitment process-from sourcing and screening to closing-across a variety of technical positions.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and create tailored hiring strategies.

- Source top-tier talent through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, developer forums, and referral networks.

- Conduct preliminary screenings and assess technical aptitude before advancing candidates through the funnel.

- Ensure an engaging, candidate-friendly experience while representing our company culture and values.

- Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and continuously improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire ratios.

- Stay current on industry hiring trends, compensation standards, and in-demand tech stacks.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment within the software/tech industry.

- Deep understanding of modern tech stacks and developer skillsets-especially full-stack roles (MERN).

- Proficient with ATS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and others.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles with tight timelines.
